Digital Account Manager

We are in search of a Digital Account Manager to work on a number of different channels across the agency.

Role & Responsibility

  • Working directly with clients in planning, forecasting and implementing online campaigns and strategies which add real value to the client campaigns
  • Regular reporting and presenting of campaign performance across multiple channels (eg. SEO, PPC & Social Media) as well as within single channels (e.g. SEO or PPC or Social Media)
  • Analysing client campaign results (from both multi and single-channel campaigns) and related data (e.g. competitor data) to identify opportunities and anticipate any issues that might lead to a lack of performance
  • Maintaining the agency’s high client retention rate by developing and fostering long-lasting client relationships
  • Working alongside another Account Manager and under an Account Director to operate as a team managing a portfolio of single and multi-channel client campaigns
  • Cooperate as required on new business pitches either by writing proposals, preparing forecasts or potentially presenting at pitch meetings
  • Minimum 2 years Account Management experience in online marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of key PPC, Social & SEO challenges
  • Strong client relationship building experience with excellent presentation skills
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong focus on correlating data sets & commercial forecasting
  • Excellent report-writing, analytical and project management skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Experience of online marketing data analysis and forecasting to CPA and Sales targets
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to write persuasive business documents including new business proposals and campaign summaries
  • Able to work to deadlines and prioritise and manage time across multiple clients in a fast-paced working environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • A proven track record of proactively identifying business opportunities, problem-solving and creative thinking
  • Must be a UK resident or work permit holder
  • Qualification / Skill Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years Account Management experience in online marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of key PPC, Social & SEO challenges
  • Strong client relationship building experience with excellent presentation skills

Desirable Skills

  • Client-side experience or multi-channel campaign experience
  • Public recognition of achievements through awards or other online marketing accolade
  • Additional relevant recognised training or qualifications
  • Experience in an agency setting
  • Second language
