Digital Account Manager
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join the digital team at a forward thinking and dynamic multi-channel digital marketing agency in East Kent with offices in London.
You will be responsible for managing digital projects across multiple accounts, acting as the main point of contact for clients through the project lifecycle and communicating digital briefs effectively to creative/development teams.
Naturally you must demonstrate excellent client servicing and project management skills as well as a passion for immersing them self in the digital world. They are expecting you to be able to work with the wider team to bring innovation into their thinking and generate new ideas for their clients.
The successful candidate is likely to possess a demonstrable 4 years account handling track record in a similar digital role; ideally having had previous exposure to major brands is a bonus.
While the majority of the role is digital, there is occasionally the requirement to extend campaigns across traditional media, so an understanding of the wider marketing mix is advantageous.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Digital project management through the project lifecycle
- Project recommendations, scope, requirements and cost proposals
- Briefing creative and development teams and managing resource
- Evaluation of creative ideas and development with creative teams to deliver on brand objectives
- Evaluation of all projects and client reporting e.g. using google analytics to present campaign stats with interpretation and recommendations
- Delivery of drive to site recommendations
- Attending client meetings at a junior through to Director level
You will have solid account management skills and experience of working with clients. You will be well versed in delivering digital solutions including large website builds, revamps, developments and re-developments adhering in line with large budgets using CMS Sitecore.
This is very much a hands-on role and although you will have input from senior account management, creatives and development teams, you will be responsible for managing your clients and their projects independently, successfully and profitably. ?You will be a self-starter with a positive, 'can do’ attitude. You will be level headed, dependable and calm under pressure. You will be capable of winning the respect and trust of client side marketing and technical teams as well as agency side, creative, designers and developers.
