A Digital Account Manager is required to be responsible for developing and growing our client’s digital approach to increase sales through improving their web presence and achieve goals. You will be directly responsible for managing relationships with existing and potential clients with all customers in the ‘online’ sector. You will need to liaise & influence internal departments in order to offer outstanding customer service, improve online presence and impressions, generate new business and drive more streamlined marketing and sales processes.
Build long term relationships with key influencers within our client’s businesses.
Investigate and determine the joint needs of both the customer and the business to drive growth.
Meet regular KPI targets and revenue sales goals.
Plan and implement digital strategies for customer base.
Advise on how to optimize web content in order to improve SEO & order conversion.
Awareness of pricing challenges and agreed ways of working.
Analyse effectiveness of digital campaigns.
Have a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, SEM, Video, Social etc
Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase their ROI and conversion.
Prepare & present account progress reports or presentations in line with agreed business plans.
Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology which may be relevant to our customer base.
Ability to think outside the box to offer solutions to drive sales.
Provide regular reports to senior management regarding department milestones and progress
You must have experience & evidence of management and growth of customers within the online space
Previous experience of working in a similar digital account executive/manager role
Must be confident and able to work under pressure
Strong knowledge of seo, ppc, sem, videos, , Salary £30k
Hours 8.30am-5pm Mon-Friday. Pension, car park, canteen on site. Nice office environment to work in, friendly, sociable place to work.
