MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Combi role of existing customers and new business field based and you must have the ability to make your own appointments
To drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with new clients.
To uncover opportunities and solution sell Digital products, ensuring maximum achievement through a fundamental set of KPIs.
Contracted hours are 9 -5.30 however the expectation of the business is that additional hours are required if monthly KPIs are not achieved.
Fixed percentage against Revenue, Accelerated bonus scheme based on percentage to new business target and in achieving a set of KPIs
To plan workload effectively to ensure contact is made with all prospective customers within their assigned areas
Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. * Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
You will be instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Communicate new product developments to prospective clients
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
To achieve monthly New Business target through a set of defined KPIs
To update workload manager tool daily with all sales related activity
To attend and participate in sales meetings and training courses when requested
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and customer care
To follow the Team Sales Operating Plan
Assist with other departmental routines and practices as required.
