Job Title: Primary Care Dietitian

Band: Band 6

Hours: 22.5 hours per week

JOB SUMMARY:

As part of the Dietetic Service providing care to a multi cultural and diverse population, to deliver a high standard of service to adult patients in primary care services.

To provide a specialist community dietetic service providing patient centered, therapy led nutrition support to adult residents in Enfield in clinics, homes and care homes.

To provide a community dietetic service to patients within community and care homes

To contribute to the primary care dietetic service provision in outpatient clinics and group activities

To supervise junior staff and student dietitians as required.
