We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Diecaster to join our client based in Andover. You will be working as part of a small friendly team, in well established and growing family run business.

No experience required!!!!!! Full training given, however, if you do have experience, you will benefit from an enhanced rate of pay.

Temporary to Permanent for the right person.


Salary: £7.38 (NMW) to £8.74 per hour depending on experience. Once permanent, up to £9.84 per hour for hitting productivity levels, plus up to £80.00 approximately per month bonus. This is up to £20,206 pa!!!

Overtime is available; Bank holidays are paid at time and a third. Overtime is paid at time and a half on hours worked over 38.

Hours are flexible to be worked between 7am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Plus amazing benefits, including the following; 25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays.

Job description:

We are looking for Diecasters to produce gravity and pressure diecastings in accordance with established procedures, meeting the quality and quantity standards specified by the Company, to satisfy customer orders.

You will be responsible for carrying out visual inspection of the castings produced, and recording findings on the casting check sheet, observing information highlighted on the casting set-up sheet.

The Diecaster may be required to assist with the work of other production departments from time to time.
