Fruition is working with the leading DevOps team in Leeds who are now looking to add multiple new engineers across their various teams. The role is based in Leeds City Centre within a large technical environment.
As a DevOps Engineer you will work within a collaborative and solution lead culture. You will provide robust solutions to identified problems, ensuring communication across all levels and using multiple tools that provide the best solution. As a DevOps engineer you will understand SDLC and have excellent coding/scripting expertise.
Day to day you will be responsible for platform code changes and suggesting improvements. You will be working with Chef, Ruby, Test Kitchen, Jenkins, git, VMWare, AWS, Packer and Red Hat Linux. You will own issues through to resolution and you will have the attitude to find problems that you can solve to improve stability and efficiency.
Communication and collaboration is key to this role. You will work with multiple teams and third parties to translate and implement requirements. The company also actively encourage best practice, quality, and investigation into new tools to achieve overall goals.
