Forming part of a widely recognised and successful plc, our client is a prestigious Developer who produces a stunning and diverse selection of exclusive schemes. They currently have an opportunity for a Development Sales Manager to join a beautiful riverside development in Taplow.
The successful applicant will be responsible for controlling the sales process on site and providing full management backup to the Regional Sales Manager. You’ll be expected achieve targets and objectives within specified timescales and budgets with maximum profit through management performance of the small sales team.
Suitable applicants will be confident in communicating with all internal department in addition to external customers including; Solicitors, Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Surveyors and most importantly Homebuyers. You’ll be a self-motivated and enthusiastic sales professional with a proven track record of managing successful sales teams. You’ll lead by example through demonstrating excellent influencing and negotiating skills coupled with active listening techniques.
Applicants who will be considered could already be performing this role or a New Homes Senior Sales Negotiator doing the role but without the title. Alternatively, you might be a New Homes Sales Manager looking for a better work/life balance or a Branch Manager with an Estate Agency background.
You’ll be joining a team of 2 other Development Sales Managers so usually for the new homes sector this role only requires the successful applicant to work 1 weekend in 3 as you’ll cover for each other on a rotational basis. This is additional requirement as the role has become available do to an internal promotion.
Base Salary: £28k - £35k
OTE: £50k - £55k
