Responsible for the project management of multiple construction phase schemes on site ranging from £5m- £35m in value for both rent and sale. Controlling budgets and cash flow forecasting, including expenditure and sales revenues. Responsible for delivering the scheme to a high standard before managing the handover to internal/ external stakeholders such as sales & Marketing and Residents Services. Provision of leadership to external consultants, contractors and developers to ensure that schemes are delivered on time, on budget and to the required quality.
Delivery of schemes in accordance with Development Policies & Procedures and maintain electronic on line Audit files to ensure regulatory compliance.
- A minimum of 2 years Project Management experience (preferably within the Housing Sector or Construction Sector)
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
-The ability to work in a target driven environment and produce results
-Knowledge of traditional construction methods and industry best practices currently being used in the Construction Industry today.
-A knowledge of Pamwin (ideal but not essential)
-Preferred Construction/ Housing Delivery background, but would consider someone from Property Services background
-APM accreditation or Princes 2 ( ideal but not essential)
-CSCS Card ( ideal but not essential)
