Profile
My client is a leading legal 500 firm in the Central Manchester who are currently looking for a Paralegal to join a busy Residential Development team.

Primary daily activities will include working with developer clients and dealing with sales of units on residential schemes and usual tasks are as follows:

* Drafting contract packs received from developers/agents and issuing to buyers' solicitors.
* Reporting regularly to developer clients with progress reports/deadlines.
* Dealing with replies to enquiries under supervision from a solicitor.
* Dealing with exchanges and all pre and post exchange administration.
* Taking receipt of deposit payments from buyers' solicitors and dealing with payments out to clients/funder
* Dealing with pre completion requirements including drafting financial statements, drafting Practical Completion Notices, dealing with funder's enquiries, setting up the file for completion and dealing with post completion matters.
* Dealing with Part Exchange purchases including reviewing title, reporting to client, raising enquiries and dealing with property due diligence.

In addition to unit sales, there will be opportunities to work on:
* residential sale and purchases
* Refinance matters including investment portfolios and development finance matters.

Ideal candidate:
* Previous experience in Commercial Property team as a Paralegal, candidates with Residential background might also be considered.
