Development Officer

Location: Leigh, Greater Manchester
Salary: £24,705-£33,554 per annum. Salary Scale 25-35.
Contract: Full time, 9.00am - 5.00pm (flexitime), Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week or 8.00am - 6.00pm, 36 hours per week over 4 days.

About the role

The successful Development Officer will be managing a range of new build projects for affordable rent and home ownership across the North West. You will support in the delivery of the Group’s Development programme, and ensure all the Group’s objectives are met for time scales, budgets and quality standards.
