Development Manager required by an Oxfordshire based Charity to join their expanding team. As Development Manager, you will be responsible for:-
- Researching and establishing potential funders, identifying connections and interests
- Creating and submitting compelling project bids and applications
- Reporting on the funding generated and analyse the progress against targets
As the ideal Development Manager, you will have a minimum of two year's in a managerial fundraising role and will have highly developed IT skills. You will have a good track record of securing funding for a charitable organisation.
