An opportunity has arisen within the Trust's Employment Relations Team to work with the Trust’s HR Business Partners and HR Advisors as an Development HR Adviser on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
This role will contribute to the work of the Trust’s HR Employment Relations team in providing an excellent service to the allocated division based on HR best practice. To do this through the provision of general HR advice, data and trend analysis, report writing and specific projects for an allocated division.
This role will be responsible for managing an operational case load and will support managers in informal and formal meetings under Trust policy including conduct, sickness absence, grievance and capability.
This role will be mentored by a member of the HRA / Senior HRA team.
