Development Executive / Sales Director Designate (Potential Equity)
Headed by one the region’s most respected Broker Principals, this ambitious firm continues to grow from strength to strength.
This is evidenced by both the acquisition of quality accounts, and the appointment of key hires. To help drive this growth further, it seeks to appoint an additional Commercial Account Executive to join the team in a senior capacity.
This sizeable firm already controls a significant portfolio of commercial and corporate business, and has access to a wide range of markets through longstanding relationships with composite and specialist insurers. Your role will be to develop and manage a portfolio of commercial clients and, not only will you be given a very realistic time frame in order to start covering costs, you will be granted a great deal of autonomy about how you go about doing so. For example, you may have a large portfolio of longstanding and loyal clients who will transfer post-covenant, or you may choose to take advantage of the in-house Telesales Executive who will work in a lead generation and appointment setting capacity for you.
You will benefit from the support of a dedicated team of Account Handlers, who will work with you in whichever fashion suits you best - you may choose to do the majority of the broking yourself, or you may prefer to pass on the vast majority of duties in order to free yourself up to focus on client facing duties.
