Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Development Account Executive to join our client' team. As a Development Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business and managing client accounts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the company's client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive sales strategies and techniques
- Keep abreast of industry trends and market changes to capitalise on new business opportunities
Experience
- Prior experience in a similar role as an Account Executive, New Business Executive, or Commercial Executive
- Proven track record of driving new business and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of client relationship management and account development
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
Day-to-day
- Conducting prospecting and outreach to potential new clients
- Participating in client meetings and presentations
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns
- Analysing market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
- Tracking and reporting on sales performance and client interactions
