Destination Restaurant Manager - Boutique Hotel - Antigua - Competitive Market Package
Situated in Antigua’s most iconic location at English Harbour the Client is a well-established beautifully maintained historic 34-room boutique hotel. The Hotel also runs 2 restaurants and in the last 5 years have added 4 luxury suites, an infinity pool and spa. The strategy plan is to further enhance and develop the already successful restaurant facilities to become a recognized Antiguan destination dining experience and they now wish to hire an ambitious and creative Restaurant Manager to drive that transition.
They would like to hear from experienced Restaurant/F&B/Front of House professionals with drive, personality and charisma combined with a commercial and practical business approach proven in the creation and management of sought after, efficient and profitable restaurant experiences. You will be responsible, as part of the management team, for key input into the creation of the destination dining business development plan going forward based on advertising, marketing and making full use of social media and conversion of traffic through the website. You must also possess in-depth exposure to the hiring, training and motivation of all restaurant staff and develop a strong team ethic and 'brand’ service across the board, ideally within the Caribbean or similar international environment although relevant UK expereince and a willingness to relocate will be considered.
