Despatch Administrator £18,000 + Permanent

Hays are recruiting for an established company in Telford who are looking for a Despatch Administrator on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Efficiently co-ordinate the despatch function to achieve customer satisfaction levels in line with company objectives
To coordinate current customer orders and anticipate and plan future capacity requirements
Liaise with Team Leaders if required to achieve your continuous improvement objectives
Ensure Quality procedures and standards are adhered to and any problems are addressed using appropriate corrective action measures
What you'll need to succeed
Good general level of education (degree qualifications not essential), with an attitude to develop people skills
Experience of working within a Despatch team
Computer literate (Microsoft Office/Outlook)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Computer literacy preferred. Experience working with MRP/ERP would be a distinct advantage
