The role will be to support a large Windows 10 roll out, resolving incidents passed from the 1st line support team. The role will be desk based using a ticket management system. The individual will be responsible for taking incidents through to resolution and closing them down on the system. Job Location Office Based - Chesterfield Skill Requirements * Windows 10 - 2nd line Troubleshooting * Remote user support * Incident /problem management via the ticket management system * Basic skills in Networking / Active Directory / Group Policy * Strong skills in Windows client troubleshooting
