Your new role
In your new Desktop Support Technician job you will be providing desk side support to organisations in the financial sector. You will be providing 2nd line support and 3rd line support on laptops, desktops and servers to clients on a variety of sites.
What you'll need to succeed
Your will have previous experience providing support to Windows 7 through to 10 and Office365. As well as this your practical experience in an ITIL environment will put you in strong stead for this role. Previous experience administering and providing support to servers would be advantageous.
