Role - Desktop Support Engineer
Location - Bury St Edmunds
Salary - £20,000 to 24,000
My exclusive Client in Bury St Edmunds is looking for an experienced 2nd line / Desktop Support Engineer to join their exciting, forward thinking business.
The successful candidate will join the Desktop Support and Helpdesk Team providing second-line support to users.
We need someone with good written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills and a strong customer service focus. The ability to work independently and efficiently with minimum supervision and to have the ability to learn quickly and handle complex ideas
Specialist Knowledge & Skills
Working knowledge of Windows 10
Knowledge of internal workings of PCs and support issues
Experience of Microsoft Office
Practical experience of PC support issues
