Windows | Customer Facing | Office 365 | Exchange | 1st & 2nd Line Support

The opportunity is to work within a fast paced customer facing role where you will be responsible for providing 1st & 2nd Line Support. The Desktop Support Engineer will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to demonstrate their capability of trouble-shooting and resolving issues on Windows operating systems and have an understanding of the following technologies:

  • Windows Operating Systems (8.1, 10)
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Understanding of Network principles
  • Exchange
  • Service Level Agreements
  • Multifunction printing/scanning

This position will allow the Desktop Support Engineer the chance to be exposed to the latest cutting edge technologies. The ideal candidate will be able to problem solve, negotiate, prioritise and troubleshoot logically under pressure.
