Desktop Support Engineer
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our ground breaking, leading technology company based in Hatfield (near North London) during an exciting time of our company's game changing development.
As the successful Desktop Support Engineer you will boast experience within 1st line desktop service support role, paired with fantastic customer service skills. You will be working in a close-knit team to support all the internal employees!
Key skills needed for the Desktop Engineer:
- Proven experience within a 1st /2nd line desktop service support role
- Experience of working to SLA's as well as creating clear expectations to the customer
- Technical skill with Windows 7/8 and/or Mac OS X
- Ability to provide support on Citrix based clients would be beneficial, but not essential
- Excellent customer service and people skills
