Our client are based in Cambridge and are initially looking for a candidate starting in March, for 6 months with the potential for the role to be extended.
The position will provide multi-site IT support within Cambridge. Duties will include; dealing with customer enquiries, resolving or escalating issues as required. Assisting with the testing of equipment and setting up equipment as required.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills, along with experience of communicating with people at a range of levels. Previous experience of working in an IT helpdesk environment would be highly beneficial. The ability to learn and understand IT systems is essential.
