Desktop Support Analyst - Investment Management - Citrix / Windows / 365 - Helpdesk Desktop Support Analyst is required to join a medium-sized Asset Management organisation to work on supporting end users across the business. Based in London, it is a permanent role offering between £30,000 and £40,000. After recent investment and major transformation in their IT infrastructure and as the business grows, they are now looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join their helpdesk to support the end users of the business. Requirements Proven experience in Desktop Support. Good broad experience in infrastructure technologies (Citrix, Microsoft products, 365 etc). Excellent communication skills and the ability to face off to senior stakeholders.
