Desktop Support - 2nd Line job in Nottingham £10.00 per hour
We currently have a fantastic opportunity in Nottingham for a Desktop Support - 2nd Line position to work for a large IT service provider on a rolling contract. You will need to be flexible between 7am and 7pm - Monday to Sunday shifts.
The Service Desk Analyst role based in Nottingham will involve dealing with technical IT issues remotely and onsite. You will need to allocate tickets to relevant team members and update the customer. You will be escalating incidents and monitoring outstanding call queues. You will also be using Active Directory and Mail Exchange. You will need to take ownership of assigned tickets and update these accordingly.
Successful applicants must be confident in using different IT systems such as Active Directory and Mail Exchange, with proven experience in help desk support. Having worked in a support role previously you will be confident all aspects of providing this service to customers a very high level.
