My client, a leading managed service organisation requires the skills and experience of a Desktop and EUC Support Engineer, has an exciting opening for an EUC Support Engineer to join their team. The role will be to provide in-house technical support and also to travel around various sites throughout the UK upgrading the environment to Windows 11.

As Desktop and EUC Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving 1 st , 2 nd line and some 3 rd line technical issues and providing support to users across the client’s infrastructure, assisting with ticket and incident resolution, and working alongside the team to ensure a first-class user experience.

The following are essential:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar desktop support role
  • Experience of ticketing systems and working within contracted SLAs
  • Windows 10 desktop support and upgrade to Windows 11 experience is paramount
  • Good understanding of the M365 technical stack (OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Experience with MS Suite (Exchange, Teams)
  • Experience with MS Intune/Endpoint
  • Networking knowledge (including TCP/IP)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

This role would suit an experienced 2 nd line support engineer looking to utilise and develop their skillset. On offer is the opportunity to join a well-known organisation, with a great culture and a focus on training and development.
