We have a fabulous new role that has just come in for a Desk Assistant. It is working for a lovely Leading Global Investment co. This is a great very busy and hands on role with lots for you to get involved in and lots of client contact.
Duties will include:
• Accurately transcribe dictation (audio/digital audio) with excellent grammar - Audio typing is a must
• Take minutes at various meetings as required
• Book meetings, appointments and team travel arrangements
• Proofread and check documents
• Ensure internal CRM system is kept up to date
Answering calls and manning the desk
