We’re recruiting for a Designer to join our expanding office, north of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a creatively ambitious and fast-growing agency outside of the capital - working on a roster of international clients.
The Designer role is responsible for the creation of original and fresh brief solutions, defining the visual aspects of a brand, setting design direction and overseeing a design team from ideas through to delivery. Your passion for design will provide the visual standards for the brands and clients you work with. Working closely with the senior creative team, you will use your imagination and flair to create inspirational design that helps solve business problems for your brands and clients.
You will respond to creative briefs, ensuring alignment on the creative idea and using design to increase the clarity and ease with which information is communicated. As a Designer you will be client facing, needing to demonstrate a flair and passion for presenting creative concepts.
Most importantly, we ask you to take responsibility for yours and your team’s learning and career development by participating in learning events, undertaking self-learning and positively contributing to your performance management requirements.
