An excellent school is looking for an outgoing and forward thinking teacher of Design Technology to engage and raise academic attainment for their pupils across KS3 - 5.
This position is ideally suited for a teacher of Design & Technology who can raise academic attainment across all levels of abilities. An experienced teacher is preferable but not essential. The chosen teacher will have a truly exciting opportunity to be part of an excellent school, committed to academic excellence, whilst being part of ensuring a strong platform for their pupils to achieve their fullest potential.
You will be responsible for ensuring the effective teaching and learning of pupils, you will need to be confident in teaching across the key stages, as part of a teaching team and in line with their strategies and policies. You must have QTS or be a Newly Qualified Teacher, and have experience with teaching in the UK Curriculum.

Recent experience, within the last two years, of teaching in a UK secondary setting
Qualified Teacher Status or be a Newly Qualified Teacher
A willingness to promote learning
Strong classroom management skills
A flexible and adaptable approach to work
