An attentive and driven Design Manager is now needed to support an established, highly regarded building and construction consultancy in Stoke-On-Trent.
The successful Design Manager will be supporting through all RIBA stages of the clients projects, working across the industrial, leisure and education sectors.
The Design Manager will be working alongside and managing a small team of other Design Managers, making sure projects run smoothly and that everything is delivered on time and within budget.
This practice has offices based in Stoke-On-Trent and London, enabling them to secure projects across the country.
Whilst the practice's roots are firmly based in the UK, they undertake projects in Europe, Africa, the Far East, and South America.
They have wide experience in the build sector working on schools, leisure centers and industrial units.
The Design Manager
The consultancy would like to speak with Design Managers who are organised and confident with clients, including;
- RIBA experience
- MBIT experience
- Project experience in Industrial, Leisure or Education sectors
- Capability in managing teams
- Eagerness to build a team
- Minimum 5 years Design Management
- £45,000 - £55,000
- Profit shares
