We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Independent Recruitment Company established in 1992.The Marketing Manager is responsible for the design, development and implementation of an innovative marketing strategy to support the Company's wider business objectives.
You will be professional, driven and enthusiastic, educated to degree level with 5+ years' experience in B2C & B2B industries. You will have a diverse range of marketing skills covering design, brand and services marketing for both traditional and digital marketing.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for a small team of administrators who support the delivery of the marketing function within the business.
Experience and Qualifications
Degree in Marketing / Graphic Design / Design / Design led equivalent
Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
Social Media Marketing
Microsoft Intermediate User
* Marketing of the brand, divisions, products and services across the business.
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
*Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communications strategy and annual
marketing plan for the brand and each division to support business revenue
*Create and implement brand guidelines for maintaining continuity of appearance
across all marketing & sales materials ensuring all marketing communications are
aligned to company strategy and values
*Regular content management of website to include development, regular updates and
support implementation of online registration
*Propose, create, schedule and manage all on/offline marketing campaigns, including
segmentation email-marketing, measuring and ROI reporting
*In-house creation of marketing materials using Adobe InDesign. Managing in house
print production incl. brochures, leaflets, adverts, posters, banners and other
*Organisation of marketing collateral for job fair events
*Social media implementation/management incl. Twitter, YouTube, facebook, google+
*Management of all PR campaigns including press advertising, editorial and related
media (both on and offline)
*Project plan/manage divisional marketing activities and campaigns
*Work across design, creation and life cycle management of all marketing collateral
including leaflets, brochures, presentations, web content, newsletters, signage,
adverts and sales tools
*Management of the Company's marketing budget
*Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing communications via the
website and other platforms, data analysis to measure success of campaigns
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently as a Marketing Manager, have a strong creative outlook & a confident and dynamic personality.
