Salary offering up to £28k

Key Responsibilities:

• The Deputy Support Manager is responsible for team motivation and ensuring that all SLA's are met.
• Be knowledgeable on the companies products able to offer advice and support to the team.
• Manage any escalations when required and ensure that a resolution is reached.
• Report on KPIs
• Reinforce ITIL based practice and be an advocate for customer satisfaction.
• Attend service reviews for high profile customers and act as enhanced support.
• Participate in development and training of the individual team members to assist in their progression through the Service Desk.
• Responsibility for the internal Service Management system. Enhancing processes on a continuous basis.

Essential Experience:

• The Deputy Support Manager would ideally have worked in a management or leadership position previously.
• Must be a natural problem solver. Someone who is technically minded and customer focused
• Comfortable working with teams and also independently.
• Maintain a calm disposition and reach resolutions.
• Enjoys learning, someone who looks to expand their skill sets and is open to new ideas.
• Have hands on experience in a support environment
• Task focussed and organised
