Deputy Pensions Administration Manager
£37,000 + Excellent Package
A leading UK Financial Services Group that continue to grow at a rapid rate are looking to recruit a career motivated candidate to help manage the day to day activities of a designated team of Pension Administrators. This key role will also provide you with the opportunity to sit with senior management and discuss strategic business changes, implementation challenges and overall departmental performance.
Specifics of the role will include -
·Overseeing the work of the Pension Administration team, identifying training requirements and helping develop individuals and the overall capability of the team.
·Manage day to day workflow of the team, hold regular staff meetings and resolve any potential issues.
·Managing projects, annual trustee reports, renewals and accounts ensuring that everything is completed on time and in line with requirements.
·Attend management meetings and make positive contributions.
·Be proactive in reviewing quality of service, looking for efficiency savings, innovative ideas and improvement to processes and procedures.
·Take control of any complaints, breaches or errors resolving problems and queries that might arise.
·Take an active part in the recruitment process.
·Play an active role in new business activities such as marketing material, pitches and presentation documents.
·Keep up to date with legislative and technical developments passing on advice and support to more junior team members.
To apply for this position, you must have DB and DC pensions experience and be able to display a technical knowledge of legislative and regulatory frameworks.
