We are looking for an experienced Nurse Manager to provide leadership alongside the Registered Home Manager within a beautiful Nursing Home in Wolverhampton.
This home has a good CQC rating and a supportive operational management team.
Salary: Circa £18.00 per hour (Negotiable on experience)
Responsibilities and Requirements of the Deputy Nursing Home Manager / Deputy Nurse Manager will include:
Reporting to the Registered Manager you will provide senior leadership to ensure compliance within national guidelines and company policy.
Recruiting into and maintaining a positive and supportive working environment for all staff.
Provide inspiring leadership to colleagues and oversee the delivery of high quality nursing care.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Registered Nurse qualified with a valid NMC registration.
