Deputy nurse Manager - Nursing Home - Leamington Spa (CV32)

£34,000 per annum (Negotiable)

This deputy nurse manager vacancy is with a fantastic company that provides services covering the whole of the UK. The company offers an impeccable training programme as well as a rigid support network to make sure you stay on top of your game!

This particular deputy home manager vacancy is with their service in Leamington Spa. The service is registered for up to 55 beds and cares for elderly frail and those with non challenging dementia. The home manager has been within the home over 15 years and is incredibly passionate about the standards of care the home delivers. The hours include clinical and supernumerary shifts but this is negotiable as to how time is spent and the salary is equally negotiable dependent on experience. This home is happy to take a unit manager or experience senior nurse stepping up or to take an experience clinical lead or deputy manager looking for a fresh challenge!

The Requirements of a Deputy Nurse Manager

- RGN Qualified, NMC PIN Necessary

- Previous Leadership experience highly desirable

- Elderly Care/Nursing Home experience Necessary

- To be willing to complete a DBS/PVG check

- Ambition to excel in delivering high standards of care
