Deputy Manager - Small Nursing Home - Fleetwood, Lancs - £17.10/hr!

This clinical deputy manager position is with a non-profit organisation that are a leading housing, community and care provider in the UK. The clinical deputy manager position is with their nursing home in Fleetwood. The home is a specialist care centre and provides comprehensive care for around 35 Elderly residents that may need specialist nursing, dementia or palliative care. This role gives you the perfect balance of supernumerary hours and clinical hands on time with residents. The split is 24 hours clinical, 12 hours supernumerary per week.

The Requirements

  • Registered Nurse - RGN
  • Valid NMC PIN with no restrictions
  • Senior experience within a nursing/care home environment
  • Passion for nursing and delivering high quality care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
