Yolk Healthcare are proud to be working alongside the one of the leading Aged Care providers in the Wales and are currently looking for a strong Clinical Lead Manager RGN/RMN to help run along side the home manager a 60 bed care home in Ely Cardiff You will be part of a strong management team and this home offers an exciting new opportunity for a senior nurse to get into management.

Essential Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a professional, possess strong leadership and management skills in a mental health Nurse lead setting. Do you have the following experiences?

  • 2 Plus years nurse clinical senior nurse experience
  • Current Nurse PIN (Active)
  • Budget and staff management
  • Have liaised with local authorities/governance body
  • Manged multi-disciplinary teams
  • Developed staff
