Job Title: Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN )

Location: Hereford

Salary: £17 - £20 per hour

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

This role will be working full time, a few days on the floor and 2 days supernumerary.

Staff focus on providing a warm welcoming environment, along with a high degree of professionalism as evidenced by their Gold Standard Award in palliative care (awarded June 2015). The home has a 5/6 CQC and an excellent reputation.

Nursing and care teams led by an experienced home manager, work together to ensure residents lead a better quality of life by receiving high levels of care, stimulation and social interaction which improves their health and overall wellbeing.

The healthcare team are motivated and passionate about the quality of care that they provide and the Home Manager is looking for a caring and like-minded Registered Nurse ( RGN/ RMN/ ) to join their friendly team of staff.

This homely facility is suitable for long-term needs, being purpose-built and staffed by friendly professionals who support the independence of all residents.. The home offers a range of quality and personalised care services, including long-term residential care, respite and palliative care, as well as specialising in looking after people with dementia.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN ). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. You must have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
