Position: Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD)

Location: South Wirral, Cheshire

Salary: £35,000 - £37,500 per annum (£17- £18 p/hour) negotiable depending on experience

Hours: Full Time

Shifts: 40 hours per week

Contract type: Permanent

Further Details: We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/RNLD) to join a beautiful nursing home based in South Wirral, Cheshire. This bright and modern home has been recently refurbished and provides a warm and homely environment for the residents. The service offers a range of fantastic facilities and boasts beautiful lawns surrounding the home making it an ideal location to relax and unwind.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable company within their fantastic nursing home in South Wirral. This specialised service provides person centred dementia care for residents aged 18 and above. The Home Manager is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work as a Deputy Manager and join their friendly team of staff. The role of Deputy Manager involves working closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home.

Person Specification: Applicants must be RGN/ RMN/ RNLD trained and must hold a valid PIN. All applicants should be eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction. Previous experience within a similar environment is highly desirable. Applicants for this position must have previous management experience.
