Our clients vision is that everyone has a place to call home and can fulfil their hopes and ambitions.
They are looking to recruit a Deputy Manager to support the smooth running of their semi-independent services, which form part of their Islington Mental Health Services. The projects provide accommodation with support to 19 vulnerable adults whose mental health puts them at risk of homelessness.

To succeed, you will have experience of staff management or demonstrable ability to supervise and motivate staff. You will also have experience of working with vulnerable homeless or disadvantaged people, coupled with the knowledge and an understanding of their housing and support needs.
Other requirements include the ability to set up, and manage new projects and deliver innovative solutions to issues arising in service delivery.
In return, they offer a range of benefits including a pension scheme, staff discounts scheme and flexible working to help you maintain a healthy work/life balance.
