Deputy Manager, Immediate Start (R01490)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Deputy Manager to join Making Space, a not-for-profit care provider based atthe Gables Manor, Lincoln. In return we offer a competitive salary of £31,181 per annum.

You will assist the Residential Home Manager and deputise in their absence, ensuring the service adhere to the standards set by the Care Quality Commission and other statutory bodies with overall management of our Residential Home in Lincoln, including day-to-day supervision of team members, safety of the home and ensure that service users receive the highest possible level of care whilst promoting dignity, independence and choice. You will have experience of working in a relevant care setting and providing a person centred approach, hold a Diploma level III in Health and Social Care and have competent IT skills.

The successful candidate must be a qualified and practising Nurse with an up to date PIN, preferably RNLD.

Working hours are 37.5 per week, with varied shift patterns. Some shifts will cover administration duties and others will cover nursing duties.
