Job Title: Clinical Lead
Salary: £42,000pa upto £44,000pa
Sector: Elderly Nursing Home
Award-winning care home requires full time Clinical Lead to join their friendly team.
Full time, responsive and flexible qualified nurse (RGN) required for Clinical Lead role. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a committed nursing team where breaks are paid and generous bonuses are offered. With a CQC rating of Good this medium sized home is a beautiful place to work; with secluded and tranquil gardens, garden café and views of the open countryside.
·RGN qualification with current NMC pin
·Flexibility to work weekends and nights
·Proven clinical experience and knowledge
·Previous experience of leadership and supervising teams
·Managing the nursing and healthcare teams; providing support, development and leadership
·Ensuring care plans are correct and reviewed regularly
·Promote a high standard and quality of life through effective care
·Working towards KPIs based around clinical audits and governance
·Ensure the needs of the home and residents are met
