We are currently recruiting for one of the UK's leading healthcare organisations who provide high-quality levels of care in residential nursing homes across the country. We are recruiting for a deputy manager to work within a newly refurbished nursing home situated between Reigate Hills and Reigate heath. This is a purpose-built nursing and residential home which has just undergone significant investment and improvements, it is now running on a recent 5/5 CQC.
This home provides nursing care for residential patients and 24 hour nursing care along with respite and convalescent care in the Reigate area.
There are long-term or respite / short-term care packages available, ensuring that each individual is provided with the best possible care based on their needs. This is a great opportunity for a experienced nurse with management experience to take the next step in their career.
Job Description: Working hand in hand with your General Manager, you'll help manage and develop the team throughout the home to deliver care that enhances every resident's life, maximising both their physical and mental wellbeing. Whether you're making sure our operations run like clockwork, or deputising for the General Manager, you'll play a key role in the development of your team, your home and the company itself.
Person Specification: You must be a qualified Registered Nurse to apply for this role, with senior experience desirable and we will accept applications from nurses of any specialism ( General Nurses ( RGN ), Mental Health Nurses ( RMN ), or Learning Disability Nurses ( RNLD )). The Home Manager welcomes both managerial experienced and nursing looking to take the next step up in their career, as full training and support will be provided no matter your level of experience.
