We are seeking a caring, compassionate and committed Deputy Manager to shape the team and provide the support that allows our amazing young people to lead ordinary lives. Whilst the role of Deputy Manager offers variety, superb progression opportunities and training, it takes a courageous and committed individual to really succeed at the role.

We are seeking candidates who have experience working with children and young people as a Senior Support Worker or Team Leader. You will also have a QCF Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young Peoples Workforce and a positive attitude, friendly persona and a caring nature.

We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join us in our home based in a rural location on the outskirts of Oswestry and make a real difference to young people’s lives. We are looking for enthusiastic, person-centred individuals who share the same passion for care as we do! Our young people have varied likes and interests, whether this be football, cooking, art or going to the cinema; sometimes they need support and this is where you come in to help them live fulfilling and independent lives.
