Due to expansion, we are seeking a caring, compassionate and committed Deputy Manager to shape the new team and provide the support that allows our amazing young people to lead ordinary lives.
Whilst the role of Deputy Manager offers variety, superb progression opportunities and training, it takes a courageous and committed individual to really succeed at the role. We are seeking candidates who have experience working with children and young people as a Senior Support Worker or Team Leader, whilst a positive attitude, friendly persona and a caring nature are an absolute must.

We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join us in our Dudley based home and make a real difference to young people’s lives.
