Deputy Manager - Care Home

Bluerock Healthcare are seeking to appoint a Deputy Manager for their client in the Walsall area. The home specialises in the care of residents suffering from Dementia and Alzheimer's so previous experience in a similar environment is essential.

The ideal candidate will hold Level 3/4 NVQ in Health and Social Care and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a senior role in a dementia care home or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

To assist the registered care manager with the day to day running of the care home.

To assist with all aspects of the staff team including the recruitment of new staff, managing rotas etc.

To organise the staff team, setting tasks and overseeing work carried out by staff etc.

To work alongside the manager to ensure the safe delivery of services in line with legislative requirements and company policy and procedures.

Benefits:

Salary- Starting at £9.95 per hour (negotiable DOE) working on Rota’s shifts AM and PM and being " ON CALL" when needed.
