Hays Social Care are recruiting a Permanent Deputy Manager for a Supported Living Home in Cardiff.
Your new company
You will be joining a well established company located in Cardiff. My client has a range of services and have been in the industry for over 10 years. The continued growth and development means that they are seeking a Deputy Manager to oversee the transition to Supported Living in Adults with Learning Difficulties.
Your new role
The role requires an individual to work closely with a strong management team and provide support to the support workers under their supervision. Ideally from a supported living or domiciliary background, you will use your prior knowledge and fresh ideas to ensure high standards from both staff, and service users.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be QCF 5 qualified and have experience of management in a similar background. You will also need to be passionate about the role and service users. You will be confident in your management and your experience and use this to influence your staff.
What you'll get in return
You will be rewarded for your hard work with an excellent starting salary of up to £26,000 dependant on experience. You will also be supported with your development from all areas of management.
