Eclypse Recruitment are looking to recruit a Nurse qualified Deputy Home Manager for a nursing home in Port Talbot, Wales.

Our client is looking for a Nurse qualified Deputy Manager to work 36 hours per week, 3 long shifts at £17.00 per hour.
As a Deputy Manager of the nursing home, you'll be given the opportunity to gain valuable experience in management and develop your business skills whilst assisting and deputising for the General Manager.
Our Deputies are hands-on, capable people who provide robust support to the General Manager, and are able to motivate and inspire a team. You will be the perfect blend of dedication and competence - committed to creating a nurturing environment for our residents, their friends and families, and for our staff.
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:
Registered Nurse (RGN)
Active NMC PIN
Would consider an RMN if they have care home experience
Previous Deputy Experience desirable (not compulsory)
