Our client is a leading provider of high quality therapeutic care to young (Children) people
To provide leadership and support to staff teams to ensure high quality therapeutic care is delivered to young people as part of client`s integrated service. Acting as leader, role model and co-ordinator of shifts and fully deputising for the Registered Home Manager in their absence due to sickness or annual leave.
Skills and Experience
Must have NVQ 3 Caring for Children and Young People or Level 3 Children and Young People`s Workforce Diploma.
Candidate must have minimum two years` experience as a care worker with young people.
Should have minimum qualification of GCSE English and math`s or equivalent.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
Must have basic understanding of the principle of childcare legislation.
Must have full Driving License
Must be flexible (Travel/ Shift work)
Should be able to work alone without direction.
