The School – North Devon - Bideford area
Our vision is simple: we want all our children to enjoy their time at our school. Think of your own learning and you will probably find that your most memorable learning came from an experience you enjoyed. It's the same for the children: a child who enjoys school is more likely to learn. With learning comes achievement. Please note that this is not the same as attainment: attainment is competitive, achievement is improvement on personal best.
We set high expectations of our pupils because we want our children to achieve and because we want to equip them with the necessary life skills to make decisions and take control of their own destinies in the 'real world'. We want our children to steer their own path through life, not have their lives determined by others.
